These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the NEST Snow Institute Inc website and services.

1. Eligibility

Anyone may browse our website, but only qualified instructors may register to teach. All instructor applications are subject to an interview and approval process.

2. Instructor Selection

Students are free to choose their preferred instructors. Instructors set their own pricing and availability.

3. Payments and Bookings

• All sessions are paid in advance.

• Payments are made through our website.

• We do not offer subscriptions — bookings are for single sessions only.

4. Refund Policy

A refund will be issued only if the instructor acts in a manner inconsistent with our Code of Conduct. This includes but is not limited to:

• Verbal or physical abuse

• Disrespectful behavior

• Any form of misconduct toward students, including minors

Refund requests must be submitted via email with details of the incident.

5. Platform Role

NEST Snow Institute Inc serves both as:

• A direct employer of certain instructors

• A neutral platform connecting students with independent instructors

We are not liable for disputes outside of these conditions unless directly employed by us.

6. Code of Conduct

All users, including instructors and students, must adhere to our Code of Conduct. Violations may result in removal from the platform. Instructors must maintain a professional tone, especially when communicating with minors via live chat or in person.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of our platform, except where prohibited by law.
