Why We Started - and What We Are Building
Traditional snow schools focus on volume - larger groups, rotating instructors, short term lessons. NEST was built differently.
Our work began by teaching children with special needs, where we saw how consistency, patience, and trust can transform confidence and independence. That experience shaped our mission: long term growth.
Each instructor works with only a small number of students per season, allowing them to understand each student's abilities, goals, and learning style.
Over multiple seasons, our instructors become mentors, trusted guides who support not only technical progress, but personal growth on and off the snow.
As we grow, we aim to expand access to winter sports for communities that may face barriers to participation. We seek partnerships that allow us to create respectful and supportive programs that truly serve each community.
Nest is not just about learning to ski or snowboard. It is about building confidence, belonging, and life long connections.
